About the people behind the ideas and design.

My name is Niklas Sandström. I am the Creative and Art Director of From Creative Studio, which I founded in the spring of 2020. Prior to FROM, I had a long career working as Art Director for graphic design at Sony Ericsson and Sony Corporation.

At Sony Ericsson I was creative lead for a group of very talented designers, and together we designed all the printed objects that came with the product packaging when you purchased a Sony Mobile phone or accessory. This included everything from creating the visual strategy for the packaging, designing the packaging itself, packaging artworks, CD labels and covers, manual cover, stickers, etc. As the Art Director, I was also responsible for all product photography – developing the photo style and being in charge of the photo direction at product photography sessions.
